A caregiver qualifies if they meet any of the following: 1. Provides unpaid care to a family member or loved one (elderly, disabled, medically fragile, or a child with special needs). 2. Provides paid caregiving for a family member and has financial hardship. 3. Is the primary person responsible for the day-to-day physical, emotional, or medical support of someone else. 4. Has caregiving responsibilities that limit their ability to invest in their own development, wellness, or growth.
